Some businesses came to a halt when pedestrians and shop attendants on Kampala Road started laughing when a madman urinated on the bonet of a vehicle. The drama happened on Tuesday at 1.00pm. The vehicle was parked among lanes joining the Bombo and Jinja roads opposite MTN outlets. The man who was stark naked walked smiling at every one who passed before reaching a nice looking blue Mercedes Benz belonging to a European embassy. He checked out all the vehicles one by one until he spat on one of them. After completing his first supervision, he concentrated on the blue Mercedes. He went under it as if examining its engine. Pedestrians started gathering, looking puzzled asking what the man was going to do. He picked some stones and some people ran thinking he was going to stone them. others wanted to beat him thinking that he was going to smash the wind screen. Paying no attention to any noise raised by the people he put down thestones and started urinating on the windscreen. ends
