GULU — Col. Geoffrey Muheesi, the new UPDF 4th Division commander took over office on Tuesday. He replaces Brig. Henry Tumukunde, now the Director General of Internal Security Organisation (ISO). The UPDF 4th division Public Relations Officer, Capt. Khelil Magara, confirmed the handover.
