Civilisation?

SIR—I have always been an ardent admirer of Dr. Medi kawuma of makerere University. I like his arguments. But recently he took me by surprise. he wrote defending the way most Makerere girls dress. He said there was nothing wrong and that it was because people misunderstand them, blah, blah, blah. He claimed that they dress in a civilised manner. If civilisation means walking in public half naked,I will have none of it, thank you very much. H. Kakooza, Kampala
