LUWEERO — A Uganda National Examination Board vehicle carrying Primary Leaving Examination scripts for Arua and Yumbe districts recently overturned in the district killing one person and injuring two.
LUWEERO — A Uganda National Examination Board vehicle carrying Primary Leaving Examination scripts for Arua and Yumbe districts recently overturned in the district killing one person and injuring two. The incident took place at Ngaaju village, on the Kampala-Gulu highway. The Police said it was due to overspeeding.
