LUWEERO — A total of 449 candidates have been nominated to contest for the local council seats in the district.

LUWEERO — A total of 449 candidates have been nominated to contest for the local council seats in the district. Out of them 61 are to contest for LC3 chairmanship, 265 are vying for councillorship and 173 are to contest for women seats. the nomination results released by the district registrar, Mr. Stanley Kamya, confirmed the figures on Monday.
