KAMPALA — MPs yesterday asked Luweero state minister Tim Lwanga, to explain the war debts issue of claimants camped at Parliament since Friday. Ken Lukyamuzi (Rubaga) asked Speaker Edward Ssekandi whether it was proper to proceed with business when the premises had been “invaded.” James Mwandha (Disabilities) said the complainants came on November 29 on appointment to see President Yoweri Museveni but were told that the President would see them on November 30.
