Privatisation

SIR— I would like to advise the Government on its ongoing programme of privatisation. We are all certain that privatisation aims at eliminating inefficiency in parastatals which have previously led to high losses and poor quality services. Then it should also sell off (privatise) its inefficient secondary schools such that students can enjoy the better quality education offered by the majority of private schools.
