AAU decision born out deep hatred of MOSAC

Sir - The executive committee of MOSAC is intrigued but not surprised at the recent decision of the AACC to take away the organisational capacity of the Pearl of Africa rally from MOSAC. The AACC did not bestow this honour on MOSAC. The rally was applied for and was being run and organised by the club without any input from the AACC or AAU since its inception in 1996. The AAU/AACC and its top leadership comprised of the trio of Mutenda, Odongkara and Sali have allowed personal inadequacies to mar the development of an event that is very dear to the motor sport fraternity and the country at large. Efforts by the same AAU/AACC tried without fail to sabotage the recent Pearl of Africa rally. MOSAC note that the reasons given by AAU/AACC do not imply organisational inability or lapses but rather are cantered on non-existent problems that are born out of the undemocratic and selfish style of supervising motor sport in this country over the last three years. MOSAC executive committee, KAMPALA Ends.
