By Silvano Kibuuka JUSTIN Juuko has moved from Super feather to lightweight where he is likely to be rated among the top 10 by the World Boxing Council (WBC). Francis 'Macho' Kiwanuka also stands to be rated as African Super feather champion by WBC while Davis Lusimbo, Abdu Wanzala both in Uganda, Franco Wanyama based in Belgium and Franco Ongentho based in USA may take shots at Commonwealth titles. According to Uganda Professional Boxing Commission (UPBC) president Celstino Mindra, Juuko moved to the lightweight category last month as he prepares for the first encounter in this weight with an opponent yet to be named. Mindra said all African champions shall be rated on the international scene as a result of high level lobbying by Africans in the 38th WBC congress in Mexico City that run from October 20-28. He said this is the time for African boxers to get known worldwide. Ends.
