KBC win Novice title

By Samson Opus KAMPALA Boxing Club (KBC) dethroned powerhouse Lukanga on the final day of the national novices championship at Lugogo yesterday. The champions garnered 20 points to lift their fist title in eight years, ending Lukanga's six-year dominance. New entrants Basajjabalaba Hides and Skins (BHS) announced their potential, finishing second with 19 points, two better than Najja. Lukanga who missed the chance of increasing their stock of silverware were joint fourth with Katwe at 15 points. Ends.
