UNDP joins Ebola fight

KAMPALA - The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has donated sh90m for the fight against Ebola. The UNDP said in a press statement yesterday that the money is for protective wear for health workers dealing with Ebola as well as measures to isolate patients. The resident representative, Daouda Toure, said, "UNDP will supplement other partners to ensure that all people in Uganda know how to protect themselves from the disease." Ends.
