Members of Parliament to visit India

THE Indian High Commissioner to Uganda, Mr. B.S Prakash hosted a group of MPs due to visit the Indian Parliament,on Wednesday to a send-off cocktail party at his Kololo residence, reports Geoffrey Kamali. The seven MPs led by the Speaker of Parliament, Francis Ayume, will travel to India for one week at the invitation of the Indian Speaker of Parliament. Prakash said he was glad the invitation was being fulfiled during his term . The MPs will visit, Bangalore,New Delhi, Mumbai and Bombay. They will also meet senior Indian government officials. The MPs will visit various agricultural projects. Ends
