MPIGI - A 17-year-old boy was recently charged with defilement. Dennis Nabasa, 17, of Najjera Village appeared before Nakawa Grade One Magistrate Flavia Nassuna . Nassuna said the accused could only apply for bail from the High Court. Ends.
