A ‘full-house’ of competitors promises to produce a thrilling super special stage in the UMOSPOC Challenge Rally at Nyendo in Masaka this afternoon but that is just besides the hot race itself.

A ‘full-house’ of competitors promises to produce a thrilling super special stage in the UMOSPOC Challenge Rally at Nyendo in Masaka this afternoon but that is just besides the hot race itself.
The super special is so open that any of the top 10 crews could set the pace.
But whoever leads at Nyendo will certainly not be comfortable going into the grueling second leg in Masaka, Rwengo and Bukomansibi districts tomorrow.
Front runners Susan ‘Super Lady’ Muwonge in a Subaru N10, the jolly old guard Wycliff Bukenya (inset) driving a Mitsubishi Evo9, Ahmed Ashraf (Subaru N6) and Edson Munghereza (Subaru N4) are in the spotlight by virtue of scoring points in the Mbarara Rally last month.
National champion Nasser Mutebi, on his first outing in a Subaru N8, former champions Ponsiano Lwakataka and Ronald Ssebuguzi are also in action.
