“I have been praying two times a day for a period of two years so that I am appointed a minister of works. I am happy that God has answered me,” newly appointed works minister Abraham Byandala.

“I did not know this man was doing it wrongly. You do not just take the sacrament; it is an act of faith,” Archbishop of Kampala Archdiocese Cyprian Lwanga, about UPC president Olara Otunnu`s taking of the sacrament last month.

“There is no written document that proves that the facility was given to Ssebagala. What he is doing is illegal.
