EDITOR: I would love to thank MPs like Mike Mukula who now see the relevance of presidential term limits. We cannot talk of a democracy and continue supporting a system that operates like a monarchy!

Term limits must be restored with very strong clauses to prevent manipulation.
There comes a time when a president, however good, must step aside. Bowing out prevents unrest especially in a multiparty dispensation.
