A 28-year-old woman who allegedly defiled a six-year-old boy has been remanded to Kiboga government prison.

A 28-year-old woman who allegedly defiled a six-year-old boy has been remanded to Kiboga government prison.
Jane Nazziwa, a resident of Ntwetwe town in Kyankwanzi district, appeared before Kiboga grade one magistrate Mastullah Mulondo on Thursday.
Nazziwa listened as the magistrate read out the charges. She was not allowed to say anything since the court lacked jurisdiction over the alleged offence.
According to the Police, on September 11 Nazziwa, while in Ntwetwe town, forced a six-year-old boy to have sexual intercourse with her.
Nazziwa was allegedly caught red-handed by residents. She escaped lynching when local authorities intervened and took her to the Police.
The Police medical report proved that the boy was forced into sexual intercourse, but ruled out infection with HIV/AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases.
Nazziwa will reappear in the same court on October 6 for further mention of the charges pending committal to the High Court.
