Of East African features and South African xenophobia

East Africans are mostly Bantu, so how does one tell dark South African Bantu from dark East African Bantu? Beats me. In any case, many East Africans are light-skinned. I must have been in my third decade of life before I saw my first dark-skinned Mutooro.
