UWEC returns 49 animals to the wild

In a statement, UWEC said in part, "49 rehabilitated animals have been released back into the wild in Murchison Falls Conservation Area." 

After rescue and eventual rehabilitation at the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC), formerly Entebbe Zoo, 49 animals have returned to the wilderness. (Courtesy Photo)
