KAMPALA - The Parliamentary Committee on Commissions Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) has had the Director in charge of Tourism in Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) arrested over mess in the sh300m contract where government lost sh150m.
COSASE also queried UWA on the decreasing lion population in National Parks.
