He improved his 400m freestyle race time from 4:46:97 to 4:31:80, 100backstroke from 1:09:48 to 1:07:53, 200freestyle from 2:12:65 to 2:09:87, 800free from 9:42:33 to 9:31:68; the 400IM from 5:28:65 to 5:16:97 and the 200backstroke time from 2:26:95 to 2:21:38. He also ventured in the 5km Open Water race where he made 1hr:01:41seconds.
