Rugumayo hopes he can putt his way to the Uganda Open Championship

Lake Victoria Serena’s Rugumayo is one stroke ahead of Kenyan Njoroge Kibugu, with Rwandan Celestine Nsanzuwera and Uganda’s David Kamulindwa who are tied for third place only two strokes away heading into the final round.
