On Saturday, SC Villa faces rivals Express FC, and URA play cup winners Kitara FC in football. In basketball, KIU Titans take on JT Jaguars, Namblazers play UCU canons, while Moses Golola will battle Umar Semata on top of other entertainment in the evening.

He said that buying tickets for his staff members is a move to promote sports in the country by building a culture of watching supporting sports.

“I have been a fan of sports and I support Sports Club Villa Jogoo in Uganda and Chelsea outside the country. So, I want the Rwambomu family to develop that spirit of supporting sports and I had to buy these tickets,” Tindyebwa said.

He urged the public and other corporate brands to support sports by buying tickets to go and be part of the opening ceremony of the only facility we have in the central town of Kampala.

The renovated former Nakivubo War Memorial Stadium now has a seating capacity of 25000.
