Gakwandi, Bukenya call for balanced promotion of science

Gakwandi, a former lecturer at the Makerere University Department of Literature, who is also a writer/novelist and diplomat, says whereas the promotion of natural sciences is backed by good intentions, the downgrading of humanities and social sciences will result in a decrease in values.
