Who wanted Lira RCC Mwase dead?

Detectives suspected that Mwase had not been killed at the scene. The working theory? He was murdered elsewhere — likely in Bugweri, where he had been attending a political meeting — then transported in the Sienta and disposed of by the roadside under cover of night.
