Who influenced Kabaka Mwanga to kill the Uganda martyrs?

On October 29, 1885, Bishop James Hannington, who was coming to Buganda from the eastern direction with over 60 of his porters and servants, were killed by Chief Luba of Busoga on the orders of Mwanga.
