The Prime Minister of Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja, has revealed that the government has in the past two years achieved about 20% of the NRM manifest aspirations while over 77 percent remains unfilled.
Nabbanja attributed this slow progress to several factors among these including, corruption tendencies, especially among government agencies.
