Museveni steps in to save sh150b Emin Pasha empire from Bank auction

“Lokule, the chairman of Prism Construction and proprietor of Emin Pasha Hotel, has written to me, requesting for my intervention in respect to claim of payment from the Ministry of Education and Sports of over sh8.37b a rising from the contract for construction of facilities at Uganda Technical College Bushenyi,” Museveni said in his letter, a copy New Vision, has obtained.
