BUTAMBALA - Maj. Gen. (rtd) Gregory Mugisha Muntu, the Alliance for National Transformation (ANT) presidential flag-bearer in the 2026 General Election, was on Wednesday in Gombe town Council, Butambala district, to seek for votes.
In his message, Muntu told his supporters that service delivery had failed in different sectors due to corruption tendencies among government officials.
