South Africa's Ramaphosa expected in Kampala next week

KAMPALA - Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of South Africa, will be in Uganda soon.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday (April 11, 2024) announced, saying Ramaphosa will be in the country on a two-day working visit from 15th-16th April 2024.
"The purpose of the visit is to strengthen the excellent bilateral relations between the Republic of Uganda and the Republic of South Africa," reads a statement from foreign affairs ministry.
Ramaphosa was last in Kampala in January for the 19th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
