Nandutu apologises for mistakes after cabinet drop

The mini cabinet reshuffle and changes in UPDF have drawn mixed reactions from members of Parliament.

The outgoing State Minister of Karamoja Affairs, Agnes Nandutu, has expressed remorse for whatever went wrong in the ministry during her tenure and sought indulgence from the appointing authority.
