📻 Hoima LC5 by-election: NRM goes to the polls

Odoi warned all candidates against ferrying voters from one village or sub-county to another, saying whoever will do it risks arrest.  

Odoi said he had met all the candidates vying for the party’s flag in the coming LC5 by-election, together with all security agencies, in order to ensure that the elections are handled peacefully.
