KAMPALA - Despite the loss, the Forum for Democratic Change Party (FDC) has appreciated the people of Dokolo for supporting their fronted candidate, Dr. Rosemary Austin Alwoc in the recently concluded district by-election.
The party has, however, leant their defeat to propagandist elements evidenced during the electoral time in Dokolo allegedly citing voter bribery and intimidation.
