Dr Bwangatto is a guru of Philosophy and Theology. He is currently a lecturer and the Dean of Studies at St Mbaaga;s Major Seminary Ggaba, where he will continue to serve as he also mans the office of Pastoral Coordinator at Lubaga.

The Archbishop of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kampala, the Most Rev Paul Ssemogerere has appointed Fr Dr Aloysius Bwangatto as the Pastoral Coordinator of the archdiocese.
