Sources who spoke to New Vision confirmed that a US-based California company had approached 1,000 Ugandans, the majority of whom were from the Special Returnees Association (SRA), an umbrella organisation of Ugandans who previously worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia.
