President Yoweri Museveni got his week started on Tuesday by hosting and engaging with the European Union (EU) commissioner for environment, Virginijus Sinkevičius, at State House. After a busy week, fastforward to Saturday, when the President spent his afternoon in Amuru district, where he had gone to check on the progress of the Atiak sugar factory operations.
