KAMPALA - The permanent secretary in the Ministry of Finance, who doubles as Secretary to the Treasury, Ramathan Ggoobi has asked Parliament to consider re-allocating funds meant to offer medical treatment to top Government officials abroad.
He said the money should instead be injected into Uganda’s health sector to save the government from the embarrassment of its top officials dying abroad.
