UPDF inspects health centre projects in Isingiro, Mitooma and Kazo districts
Isingiro District Engineer Edison Kanyamuhanga thanked the leadership of the UPDF for entrusting the Engineers Brigade with these projects, saying that it has reduced construction costs, time and quality by the provision of "patriotic skilled labour" compared to private contractors.
