UNRA clears floating vegetation under Pakwach bridge

Ssempebwa attributed the problem to the rising water levels, saying, "The increasing water levels are immensely contributing to such, we have seen this in other parts of the country especially the Obongi ferry docking area which was swallowed by the floating vegetation."
