Uganda’s Justice Gaswaga elected African human rights court judge

Gaswaga, the Resident Judge of the Lira High Court Circuit, was elected to serve on the court for his first term of six years during the 45th Executive Council session of ministers of foreign affairs underway in Accra, Ghana’s capital.
