Uganda still ranks poorly on corruption
Meanwhile, Rwanda continues to score highest in East Africa with 57% followed by Tanzania 41%, above the sub-Saharan average of 33%. Kenya scored 32%. Relatedly, 90% of 43 countries in sub-Saharan Africa scored below 50%.
