UCU Lady Canons return to action tonight in the National Basketball League.

The Mukono side has not featured in the league lately as their players were on the Uganda U23 3x3 team in the African Games.

Sheilah Lamunu and Bridget Aber were featured for Uganda U23. 

In their last game, Miracle Ravens were 76 -75 victors over KCCA Leopards putting an end to the latter’s unbeaten streak.  

The Ravens will rely on Brenda Alayano's excellent play, as she has averaged 17.6 in the regular seasons, while Tracy Namugusa’s 2.9 average steals will be vital in this game for the Lady Canons.

Subsequently, the reigning champion City Oilers will meet the JT Jaguars, who have also been playing for the past two weeks because one of their players was playing for the national team in the Africa Games.

After their shocking defeat against the Namuwongo Blazers, the Oilers have had a remarkable run, winning games over the Livingstone, Kampala Rockets, and KCCA Panthers.

Meanwhile, the JT Jaguars will be in a search to extend their 491 points in this regular season with the likes of  Kevin  Moru and Were Mark in fine form.
