Traders count losses as thugs pitch camp on Kampala-Arua-Nebbi highway

The move stems from numerous public complaints about the activities of the suspected thugs in a new wave of stealing properties from bus booths and trucks at pothole-infested sections of the Bondo-Kuluva on the Arua city-Nebbi highway.
