Three EC database hack suspects arrested
“The voter lockup system www.registry.ugtally. com is not hosted in Uganda. Its location is Ashburn, Virginia in the US. The domain is controlled by Amazon in the US. The domain ugtally.com is registered through an Amazon registrar, and the real owner is hidden behind a UK privacy service,” the source stated.
Using a website; www.registry. ugtally.com, the suspects reportedly operated by a group called Fanon, which was being promoted as a platform where citizens can check their voter registration details and polling stations.
