The domain ugtally.com is registered through an Amazon registrar, and the real owner is hidden behind a UK privacy service,” the source stated.

Using a website; www.registry. ugtally.com, the suspects reportedly operated by a group called Fanon, which was being promoted as a platform where citizens can check their voter registration details and polling stations.
