Teachers, needy people miss out on relief fund

Simon Peter Omongin, the headteacher of St John Paul II Secondary School in Immaculate Conception Cathedral parish, said he tried taking the list of his nine staff teachers to the Soroti Principal Education Officer for registration, but was denied a chance.
