The number of individuals who have benefitted from the Government's Students Loan Scheme since it was launched in 2014 has grown from 1,201 to 12,780.
The beneficiaries so far have graduated with diplomas and degrees in science, technology, engineering and maths disciplines. The scheme has since been expanded to include soe humanities courses, which the government deems as strategic.
