Speeding sugar truck kills family of three in Luuka
Umaru Ntogona, the Luuka assistant resident district commissioner confirmed the crash that occurred at about 10:00 am on Saturday, February 8, which claimed the lives of John Tigawalana, 60, his wife Miriyonsi Bikobere, 45, and their son Samuel Girigwa.
