Speaker Among rallies MPs on evidence-based research

Adolf Mwesige, the clerk to Parliament said the training for MPs, is aimed at equipping the MPs with all the necessary skills for effective legislation.

"Your input should be evidence-based and reports should have quantitative and qualitative research," Among said.
