Sh44b supplementary budget for selected universities angers MPs

The Minister of State for Sports, Peter Ogwang, presented justification for the expenditure of shs44.873b under the Education Skills Development, and Sports sub-program. 

Lillian Paparu (NRM, Arua District) cited universities like Muni, Gulu, Busitema, and Soroti, which need supplementary funding but have not been considered.
